Rooms with one king bed have a maximum occupancy of 3 people.

Rooms with two queen beds have a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

Air Mattress beds are subject to availability and must be requested at time of confirmation. The charge for an Air Mattress is approx $67/night and is allowed only in King bedded rooms and cottages and in Villas.

Guaranteed connecting rooms my be requested. A Guarantee Surcharge of $40 per stay will be collected by the hotel upon check out directly from the guest.

Suggested maid gratuity is $3 per room daily and is at the discretion of the guest.

GENERAL INFORMATION:Resort Fee amount is dependent upon the category booked.
Hotel rooms and cottages $46.00 plus tax daily;
Ocean Villas $75.00 plus tax daily. Parking NOT included.
Daily parking fee $15.00 plus tax self or $20.00 plus tax Valet.
Extra bedding is an Air Mattress Bed and is subject to availability.
Air Mattress Beds MUST be requested at confirmation.
Air Mattress Beds are ONLY allowed in King Bedded rooms, cottages, or
villas.
Vista Level rooms are located on the 6th floor and include: North Shore
Breakfast Bites; one-hour late check-out at 12 noon; express dining pass
valid at the NS Kula Grill and Pa'akai (access to first available
table); 20% off at the stables; and full-day use of snorkeling equipment
and more.
All Villa units will be assessed a one-time check-out cleaning fee:
2Br Villa $250.00 plus tax; 3Br Villa $300.00 plus tax; 4Br Villa
$350.00 plus tax.
Connecting rooms can be requested for an additional fee at check-out.
