When you purchase travel from Japan Hawaii Travel you provide your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address — This information is collected for several reasons including: (i) personal identification; (ii) to complete air, car, and hotel reservations; (iii) to allow us to contact you for customer service, if necessary; (iv) to customize the content of our site to meet your specific needs; and (v) to make product improvements to Japan Hawaii Travel. In addition, your e-mail address is collected to send you an e-mail message confirming each of your reservations. As a customer you will occasionally receive updates from us about fare sales in your area, special offers, new Japan Hawaii Travel services, and other noteworthy news items. Customer Profile
Members can choose to provide Japan Hawaii Travel with travel preferences, credit-card billing information, ticket-delivery address, travel-agency preferences and other personal information. This information is primarily used to assist customers in making reservations.

Japan Hawaii Travel's newsletter (if applicable) are optional benefits for members that keep you up to date with the latest travel deals and low airfares.
Online Surveys
Japan Hawaii Travel values opinions and comments from members, so we may conduct online surveys. These surveys are entirely optional for all customers. Typically, the information is aggregated and used to make improvements to Japan Hawaii Travel and to develop appealing content, features and promotions for customers. Survey participants are anonymous unless otherwise stated in the survey.

When you reserve or purchase travel services through Japan Hawaii Travel, we provide information about you to the airline, car-rental agency, hotel, travel agency or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements.
We do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future. Occasionally, Japan Hawaii Travel may hire a third party to act on our behalf for projects such as market-research surveys and contest-entry processing and will provide information to these third parties specifically for use in connection with these projects. The information we provide to such third parties is protected by a confidentiality agreement and is to be used solely for completing the specific project. As a customer you will occasionally receive e-mail updates from us about fare sales in your area, special offers, new Japan Hawaii Travel services, and other noteworthy news items. What safeguards are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information?
