Myths & Legends of Waikiki

Our newest night-time walking tour is called MYTHS AND LEGENDS OF WAIKIKI. Did you know that Waikiki was once the home of Hawaiian royalty? Did you also know that this tourist mecca full of hotels and nightclubs is also full of haunted hot spots and unexplained and creepy events, some that will make your skin crawl? Similar to the New Orleans ghost walks and St. Augustine ghost tours on the mainland, this tour though conducted in the busy and noisy Waikiki is full of ghostly locations, stories, Hawaiian history and culture. In fact, one of these extremely frightening stories was told and involved one of our very own guides in a television show from one of our former guests on the bio channel called My Haunted Vacation. From periodic sightings of the Fire Goddess Madame Pele to the Choking Ghost of Waikiki who waits for just the right moment when you go to sleep in your hotel bed to attack, Waikiki is more than just fun and tourists. It also has a very dark side. Our guides take you on an almost two hour walking tour of these sites to share the creepy stories associated with them.
This tour originates at the Hilton Hawaiian Village on Monday nights.
Tour time approximately 2 hours. Approx. 1.5 mile walk. RESTRICTIONS: We recommend wearing tennis shoes, comfortable walking shoes or flip flops. No high heels. Please note that there are periodic walks near Waikiki Beach so be prepared to get sand in your shoes!
MEETING PLACE: Guests meet at the waterfall bridge in front of the Kalia Tower at the Hilton Hawaiian Village at 6:30pm. This is in front of the hotel property facing Saratoga Road and Ala Moana Boulevard.

Honolulu City Haunts Walking Tour

This 3 hour evening walking tour includes sample sites: Iolani Palace, Capital building, China Town & Downtown Honolulu. Approx. 1.2 miles.
Thurs, Sat & Sun. 1.2 mile walking tour. Approx. 3 hours. Hotel Pick-up starting at 6:30 - 7:00pm. Minimum 6 guests required for all tours to operate.

Sacred Spirits Driving Tour

This 5 hour daytime tour visits ancient and sacred spots to learn about Menehune and the feared Night Marchers. Sample sights include: Heiau, Nuuanu Pali, Waimanalo, Waterfall & Ancient Trails.
Mon, Wed & Fri. Daytime driving tour. Approx. 5 hours. Hotel Pick-up begins at 10am. Minimum 6 guests required for all tours to operate.

Optional Tours and Golf - All activities and golf are subject to change and or cancel without notice. Holidays rates or close-outs may apply. Please have your clients call to verify their activities/pick-up times upon arrival in Hawaii. Date, day and or time changes or cancellations may occur at any time due to weather, low occupancy or mechanical problems. Generally, tours cancelled outside of 48 hours will not have cancel penalties, however, each tour may have individual restrictions. No shows are subject to no refund. Tours missed due to illness will be entitled to a full refund if physicians papers are submitted.
