Additional Rate Information
GENERAL INFORMATION:All units--except hotel rooms--have full kitchens.
None of the units have living rooms.
The two-room suites are a hotel room and a studio with a connecting door.
Most units have air conditioning.
Specific building, location, floor, room number, or air-conditioned rooms
are on a request basis ONLY.
A premium charge of $350.00 to $450.00 plus tax will guarantee these
specific requests.
This surcharge is payable in advance, non-refundable, non-commissionable,
and will NOT be applied as a deposit against the daily room rate.
Once the booking is established, the surcharge will NOT be transferable
to any changes. Payment is due at time of booking.
Without the premium charge, specific requests are on request basis ONLY.
Smoking is NOT permitted in any unit.
A smoke elimination fee equal to one night's rack rate will be posted
to guest's account if violation is confirmed.
Honeymoon/Anniversary receive sparkling wine and flowers upon arrival.
Return guests receive flowers upon arrival.

Any changes from one rate type to another, example: rack rate to specials
are subject to a change fee of $250.00 plus tax per booking.
This fee is non-commissionable, non-refundable, and non-transferable and
will NOT be applied as a deposit towards the daily room rate.
