もちろん、クリーニング手数料は宿泊費に含まれていると思っていたことでしょう！

実はハワイにある35のコンドが「チェックアウト時のクリーニング手数料」を支払必須として、チェックアウトの清算時に含めています。これは2013年頃から始まったハワイを訪れる観光客の方々へ過剰請求する新たな方法で、現在広がりつつあります。
 
チェックアウト時のクリーニング手数料は、リゾート手数料と似ていて、世界中のホテルどこででも、滞在する際に宿泊費の中に含まれる、極基本的な清掃といったサービスに対して課す料金です。欲に目のくらんだホテルの経理担当は、このような手数料からの収益を底上げさせる新しい方法を発見した反面、実は見込み客を遠ざけさせ続けているのです。更にこのような経理担当は、このクリーニング手数料に関してはハワイ州のホテル宿泊税（TAT）にかからないようにうまく仕向けています。このような税金逃れの行為をハワイ州はようやく着目し始めるところです。

They will ask for credit card info for incidentals and cleaning fee . Unit number & lock box combination to get room key will be given. Kona Bali Kai phone is 808-329-9381 and front desk hours are 8am to 5pm. After hours check in procedure: For any after hours check-in there is a courtesy phone located outside the front desk that will page the security. Guard will provide guest with the check in packet. Property map and lock box instructions pinned to board at front office.
